Responsibilities	Develop and maintain productive relationship with client management throughout the year. Participate in performing necessary audit procedures Focus on accounting and auditing issues in the planning stage and preparation of solution Delegate work successfully
Qualifications	To qualify, candidate must have: An undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting and/or other appropriate major CPA certification holder or must be a CPA candidate Experience as an Audit / Tax Senior is a plus Experience in USSOX / JSOX support service is a plus Advanced written/verbal communication skills. Japanese bilingual preferred but not required
