Position	EOS is currently seeking qualified candidates for an excellent career and leadership opportunity as an Assurance and Accounting (Audit) Manager.
Responsibilities	Develop and maintain productive relationship with client management throughout the year. Participate in performing audit procedures, focusing accounting and auditing issues in the planning stage and preparation of solution Delegate work successfully Supervise audit and accounting staff including conducting timely performance reviews and providing performance feedback/training
Qualifications	To qualify, candidate must have: an undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting and/or other appropriate major must have an CPA certification At least 5 years of attestation experience as an auditor for a public accounting firm Advanced written/verbal communication skills. Japanese bilingual preferred but not required

Position	Currently seeking qualified candidates for an excellent career and leadership opportunity as a tax manager and/or tax senior in a growing practice.
Responsibilities	Work directly with clients and manage engagements Preparation and review of federal, state and local tax returns (corporate, partnership and individual) Prepare and review tax provisions Tax research and consultation Supervision and training of staff
Qualifications	To qualify, candidate must have: US CPA or Master’s degree in taxation or law degree (LLM) At least 5 years of tax experience in public accounting firm (3 years for senior position) Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Japanese bilingual preferred but not required.
