EOS ACCOUNTANTS LLP (“EOS”) was founded in 1996 through the transfer of part of the Japanese business sector of Ernst & Young LLP’s New York office. This was done with the intent of bringing greater value to our clients by providing cost effective and hands-on services. Since its founding, EOS has grown and expanded the number of offices to keep up with the growing demand for services. Currently, EOS has approximately 100 employees servicing clients throughout the U.S. through our seven offices.

We are headquartered in Teaneck, New Jersey, (about 15 minutes from Manhattan), which also serves our east coast clients. Our San Jose office was founded in 1999 and our Los Angeles and Honolulu offices were founded in 2003 to serve our west coast and Hawaii clients. In 2006, our San Mateo office was added to expand our Silicon Valley area operations. In 2007, the Detroit office was established to serve clients in the Midwest area. In 2010, we opened our Chicago office.

EOS concentrates on providing the type of accounting and tax services demanded by our Japanese and Asian company client base. We currently serve approximately 250 clients providing a range of services including financial statement audit and review, tax return preparation and consulting, transfer pricing service, payroll service and accounting outsourcing, assistance and bookkeeping. Our focused client base allows us to bring to our clients the type of experienced professionals who can best service the operations of these types of businesses. Many of our professional members were formerly associated with the Big Four and National accounting firms and have extensive experience dealing with the issues particular to the operations of these types of business operations.

To service our client base, over half of our staff are Japanese speaking bilinguals. We also have Chinese and Korean speaking professionals.
